Big Idea: The fourth posture we must take for God to “carry on to completion” His unfinished transforming work is commitment. Discover what commitment to God is and why commitment positions us for transformation. God uses generosity to generate transformation because true generosity requires commitment.

As you think about your Unfinished commitment and the decisions in your life that will undoubtedly go along with it, what will “taking up your cross” look like for this season of your life?
Jesus contrasts “saving your life” in the worldly sense with “finding your life” in the heavenly sense. What does this mean in your life right now specifically?
Jesus is conveying through this passage that if it doesn’t matter for eternity, it truly doesn’t matter. What in your life doesn’t truly matter for eternity that may need to fall away in this next season?
Read the passage from Paul’s second letter to the church at Corinth in 2 Corinthians 9:10-15. Paul shares that we will be enriched in every way to be generous on every occasion. That begs the challenging question, “If you were God, would you give you more money?”
Paul shares that when we give accompanied by a gospel confession, it produces many thanksgivings to God and that other people praise God because of it. What would you say are the words that would characterize your Unfinished generosity commitment?
What are ways specifically we can pray for you over these next two years as you seek to live out your Unfinished commitment and to glorify God in the process as He continues His finishing work in you?
