Trust is the foundation of every healthy relationship, and trust is built by trustworthy people. That starts by looking in the mirror. Throughout this series, we’re looking at four relationship commitments we must make to be worthy of trust. The third commitment is, “I will tell you the truth.”
Main Point: The truth breeds trust and trustworthiness.

Ronnie said lying is one of the worst sins we can commit against someone because lies divide and destroy. What does lying divide and destroy? Why do lies divide and destroy that? How have you experienced that in your life?
Think back to a time you lied to someone. Why did you lie to them?

Lying comes in many different forms. What are some forms of lying?
The third relational commitment we must make to be worthy of trust is “I will tell you the truth” because the truth breeds trust and trustworthiness. How and why does the truth breed trust and prove you are worthy of trust?
Do you ALWAYS tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? If not, why?
