Message Review
Ordinary people like us can make an extraordinary impact on the lives of those we care about and the world around us. Esther's story is an inspiring example of how someone can use their unique position to help others. She was an orphan who was chosen to compete in a beauty contest and eventually became a queen. Esther's position of influence allowed her to advocate for and protect those around her. It's important to remember that any position, no matter how small or large, comes with a responsibility to positively impact the lives of others
Main Point: You are in a unique position to have a unique impact.
Scripture References: Esther 3:8-9; Esther 4:1-2; Esther 4:12-16; Esther 7:3-4; Esther 8:7-8

What were your initial thoughts or takeaways from the sermon and why?
Who is your favorite Hero in a movie or fairytale? In their story what did they have to risk for the greater good?
Read Esther 4:12-14 again as a group. What insights can you gather from these verses that you could apply to your current situation?
Have you ever felt that God placed you for a purpose? If so, what was it and how did you follow Jesus?
Pastor Matt said, “If you are in a place, you’re in that place for a unique purpose that only you can fill”. How can you fulfill your unique purpose in your current situation?
What are ways you can naturally make it known in your situation that you are a follower of Jesus without having to wear a t-shirt or pin that proclaims it?
To be positioned to have an extraordinary impact you must be willing to lose your palace like Esther was willing to do. What kind of things can be placed as more valuable than the unique impact God has in store for you?
How do you think your willingness to take action would change if you would rest in the fact that ultimately God is in control?
What would you be willing to risk if it meant that someone’s eternity might be forever changed
