Growing in a Relationship with Jesus:

• People are surrendering their lives to Jesus and taking next steps to follow Jesus.

• The group is helping, inspiring, empowering, and holding one another accountable to follow Jesus.

• People are growing in their passion for, understanding of, and application of the Bible.

• The group prays with, for, and over one another.

• People are taking next steps of engagement within the church.

Connecting in Community:

• People are committed to one another and the group.

• People are experiencing belonging and community within RCC.

• Authentic Relationships are forming and flourishing.

• People remain “united in Christ” when there is disagreement. (Unity in the Community and Unity over Agreement)

• The group is caring for one another and meeting one another's needs.  

• The group is loving one another just as Christ first loved us.

Impacting People for Jesus:

• The group is engaging in the life and mission of Relevant together.

• The group is helping each other “Reach One” for Jesus.

• New people are joining the group.

• The group is reproducing.
