Apprenticing leaders is about raising up and sending out new leaders and is the first step to becoming a T-Life Group Leader at Relevant. Apprentices don’t just learn, but do what they are being apprenticed by another leader to do. Below is the snapshot and tools for T-Life Group Apprenticeship.

Once you have identified and engaged a new apprentice, please let us know so we can be praying for each of you as well as set them up administrative

T-Life Group Leader Application

If your apprentice is ready to take the next step, simply have them fill out the T-Life Group Leader Application. Someone from the T-Life Group Ministry Team will follow-up.

T-Life Group Leader Orientation

Intro to T-life Group Leadership happens three times per year in the months of March, July, and November. At Intro to T-Life Group Leadership, your apprentice will take the next step toward leading their own group. If your apprentice hasn’t already attended Intro to T-Life Group Leadership, they can sign up using the button below.

Basic Training and Launch

At Basic Training, your apprentice will learn everything needed to know to about launching their group and how to lead through a successful first trimester.
