Reach One Discussion Idea:
One of the indicators of a healthy and transformational group is that the group helps each other “Reach One” for Jesus. To help achieve this, we use the "4 I Framework," which includes inviting others to hear the Gospel. The Christmas Gatherings are an excellent opportunity to invite those you have invested in. People are more likely to say yes during this season than any other. Ask your group these questions:
Have you ever asked someone to come to a Gathering, and they accepted? What had to happen to make you feel comfortable inviting that person?
Have you shared the Gospel with someone who has accepted Jesus as the Forgiver of their sins and Leader of their Life? If yes, please share their story.
Who would you like to invite to our Christmas Gatherings? What do you think is the best way to ask? (e.g., text, phone call, or ask in person)
Challenge your group to share the invitation to Relevant’s Christmas Gatherings with people they have been investing in throughout the year.
