ReCreate is a one-night women’s event aimed at helping you discover and know the fullness and depth of God’s love for you. Join us for a special night of connection, celebration, stories, and encouragement. The night will feature a delicious dinner, music, and a powerful message from bestselling author Jennifer Dukes Lee. (learn more about Jennifer Dukes Lee below).
Jennifer will be speaking on the topic of Growing Slow. So many of us want to slow down, but the idea feels like an impossible dream. Jennifer found the path toward slower living, even amidst all the busyness of life, and she wants to share it with you. Jennifer’s heart is to help women move from a place of depletion and hurry into a life-giving, sustainable pace. With Biblical truth and vivid storytelling, Jennifer will reflect on lessons she learned from living on her fifth-generation family farm — and the insights she gathered from the purposeful yet never-rushed life of Christ.
Women college age and above are invited: single women, married women, moms, and grandmoms who want to connect with others and grow in their faith. This is a night you won’t want to miss!
Jennifer Dukes Lee
Jennifer Dukes Lee is the bestselling author of several books, including Growing Slow, It’s All Under Control, and Stuff I’d Only Tell God. She’s a fan of queso, bright lipstick, and singing too loudly to songs with great harmony. She lives on a fifth-generation family farm in Iowa, where she and her husband have made a life of growing crops, pigs, two beautiful humans, and an enduring faith.
The event will immediately follow with an exciting after party filled with music, door prizes, dancing and dessert! The after party will go until 10:00pm. We hope you join us afterwards to have some fun and connect with other women!
