Relevant’s Church Planting Residency exists to develop healthy pastors who start and lead healthy churches.

Our vision is to start 5 new churches by 2030

Goals of the CPR:

• Resident is developed in areas needed to be a healthy pastor that starts and leads a healthy church.

• Resident is trained and equipped in all areas of RCC.

• Development and practical experience in leading a healthy church (Year 1).

• Construction of the foundational elements of the church they will start (Year 2).

• Resident is fully prepared to launch a multiplying church successfully at end of two-year residency.

• Resident is sent to start a church after two years.
