What to know for Sunday:
Series: Follow Me with Ronnie Rothe
Serving Rotation: 2nd and 4th Sunday Rotation
Sunday Lead: Nicole Lakeman
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to stop and ask your Sunday lead. Your Sunday Lead is available before and after your team rally.
Arrival Time: Team Rally begins 30 minutes before each gathering.
Serving Reminders:
New gathering times are at 8:45am and 10:30am.
Outside auditorium door greeters will move to the inside doors and manually open and close the doors once the gathering begins.
Please refrain from using your phone, eating, or drinking while serving.
Please manually open/close the exterior doors when greeting. This allows for the HVAC system to operate efficiently and effectively. Plus, it keeps the inside temperature comfortable for guests!
Please sit in the back of the auditorium when possible. This helps minimize distractions toward the end of the gathering when you return to your serving positions.
Please exit the auditorium during the closing prayer. Wait until the lead communicator for the morning dismisses the room to open the doors. Ushers are responsible for the doors near the auditorium. Greeters are responsible for the doors near the foyer. This prevents the noise from the foyer from entering the auditorium and prevents distractions towards the end of the gathering.
Seating: To ensure that you have a place to sit during the gathering, place an item (i.e jacket, bible, etc.) on your seats in the auditorium immediately following the team rally. Then afterwards, assume your serving positions.
Attire: Wear whatever attire you are comfortable in. However, please be sure to wear a name tag and a lanyard.
